EP Commodities Ukraine is a subsidiary of EP Commodities (“EPC”) based in the Czech Republic..
EPC is a company specialising in trading in energy commodities, which mainly involves wholesale transactions with natural gas, electricity, CO2 emission allowances, coal and structural products throughout the European regions.
We are part of the Energetický a průmyslový holding (“EPH”) group, which is a leading Central European energy group that owns and operates facilities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Hungary, and France. The Group comprises of over 70 companies and employs more than 24,000 people.
Since 2016 EPH started to develop its operation in Ukraine.
